Dave Mutton is a business coach, speaker, and advisor with over 25 years’ experience helping businesses grow — from early-stage startups to establishe SMEs. As the founder of Dave Mutton Consulting and creator of the THRIVE framework for business assessment, Dave specialises in helping business owners
reduce stress, build structure, and create customer-centric strategies that drive long-
term success.
His career spans traditional retail, leading into online retail, fintech, healthcare, education, and the creative industries — including being part of the team that launched Amazon.co.uk in the UK. He is also a photographer, Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of Age UK Exeter, and mentors young entrepreneurs at the University of Exeter.
Despite living in Devon with his partner Theresa, Dave was born in Liverpool and is a lifelong fan of Liverpool Football Club.
